Yes, shipping is free on orders over ₹3,050. Below that, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Full details, including hygiene-product exceptions, are on our Exchange & Return page.
Email us photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery at info@bnbtnaturals.com and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Products & Ingredients
Our formulas are gentle and free from parabens, sulphates and synthetic fragrance, but everyone's skin is different. We recommend a patch test 24 hours before first use, especially for face and baby products.
Most products have a shelf life of 12–18 months from manufacture, printed on the product packaging. Once opened, we recommend using within 6–12 months for best results.
