3. Products & Pricing
All products are handcrafted in small batches; minor variations in colour, texture or scent between batches are natural and not considered defects. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify or discontinue products at any time.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of stock unavailability or suspected fraud). Accepted payment methods include UPI, major debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery where available. 5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos and product formulations — is the property of BNBT Naturals and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our products are cosmetic, not medicinal, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always patch-test new products and discontinue use if irritation occurs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BNBT Naturals is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use or Site access.
7. Privacy
Information you share with us — such as your name, address and contact details — is used only to process orders, respond to enquiries and, where you opt in, send occasional marketing emails. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
