Processing time
Orders are handcrafted-to-order or picked from small in-stock batches, and are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. During sale periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll keep you posted by email if so.
Delivery timelines
Once dispatched, most orders reach metro cities within 3–5 business days and other locations within 5–9 business days. Remote or hard-to-reach pin codes may take a few days longer.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on all orders over ₹3,050
- A flat shipping fee applies on smaller orders, calculated at checkout based on your delivery pin code
- Cash on Delivery orders may carry a small additional COD handling fee, shown before you confirm your order
Order tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is handed to our courier partner. If tracking hasn't updated in 3+ business days, reach out and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
If your order is significantly delayed, hasn't arrived, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@bnbtnaturals.com with your order number — we'll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Address changes
Need to change your delivery address? Let us know as soon as possible after ordering — we can usually update it before dispatch, but not after the parcel has left our facility.
